Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven success in building qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities within a set of named accounts
  • Sales experience within health systems, medical groups, or other healthcare organizations
  • Leads potential clients to an understanding of the options or solutions that are applicable to their situation, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs
  • Experience with Salesforce.com , LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting automation is a plus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent work ethic; this job requires flexibility to meet customer expectations

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to focus on growing the Arcadia footprint within strategic healthcare organizations
  • Identify, research, outreach, and discuss Arcadia’s value proposition by communicating clearly and concisely via phone and email with prospects and your team
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge in the features, benefits, and application of Arcadia offering
  • Generate new pipeline through prospect engagements including cold calling, emailing, demos, and marketing activities of the company
  • Understand the competitive landscape
  • Interact with and develop relationships with existing Arcadia clients and prospects
  • Support in creation of sales presentations to customer and prospects in a sales function (sales engineer, sales operations, sales leadership, and sales representatives)
  • Participate in sales planning and strategy meetings
  • Achieve sales quota by qualifying top leads

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred experience: - Experience making outgoing phone calls and conducting email campaigns in Salesforce (or similar) - Experience researching and generating leads
