Summary

Prowess Consulting is seeking a Sales Development Representative/Account Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience selling to healthcare or financial services clients. The role involves building a pipeline, researching and developing accounts, performing analysis of prospects, effective communication, and working in a fast-paced environment. The offered base pay range is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, plus variable compensation, depending on geographic location and experience.

Requirements

  • A passion for technology and three (3) to five (5) years of experience selling solutions to healthcare or financial services clients
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Resourcefulness and results driven operating style
  • Collaborative and coachable mindset - you should be excited about continuously improving your skills and impact
  • Excellent communication skills are required
  • Experience with customer-facing sales
  • Stellar analytical and critical thinking skills are a must
  • Must have an ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external)
  • Must have experience with both procuring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients

Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers
  • Research and build new and existing accounts through rigorous research, outbound calling efforts and by creating/executing strategic email and social campaigns
  • Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects’ business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email
  • Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales and cross functional teams
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team

Benefits

  • The offered base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, plus variable compensation, depending on geographic location and experience
