Summary
Prowess Consulting is seeking a Sales Development Representative/Account Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience selling to healthcare or financial services clients. The role involves building a pipeline, researching and developing accounts, performing analysis of prospects, effective communication, and working in a fast-paced environment. The offered base pay range is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, plus variable compensation, depending on geographic location and experience.
Requirements
- A passion for technology and three (3) to five (5) years of experience selling solutions to healthcare or financial services clients
- A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Resourcefulness and results driven operating style
- Collaborative and coachable mindset - you should be excited about continuously improving your skills and impact
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Experience with customer-facing sales
- Stellar analytical and critical thinking skills are a must
- Must have an ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external)
- Must have experience with both procuring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers
- Research and build new and existing accounts through rigorous research, outbound calling efforts and by creating/executing strategic email and social campaigns
- Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospectsβ business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email
- Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales and cross functional teams
- Work in a fast-paced environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team
Benefits
- The offered base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, plus variable compensation, depending on geographic location and experience
