Requirements
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills with a consultative sales approach and product-centric mindset
- Creative thinking and the ability to quickly adapt to unique partner needs
- Enthusiasm for owning a broad scope of strategic work such as partnership integration strategies and incentive models
- Aptitude and experience in fully leading contract negotiations
- Strong bias for action with an ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively across all levels of an organization
- 6 - 9 years of experience, with openness to more or less experience for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for winning new business, from initial outreach through to implementation
- Proactively surface opportunities such as compelling integrations and new economic models that can create shared value for both Found and our partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Compliance, Marketing, Product and Finance to assess partnership opportunities and ensure alignment across functions
