Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise sales experience within the translation industry (preferred) or 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Strong track record of actively prospecting for new business opportunities and expanding revenue within existing accounts
  • Excellent communication skills to navigate colleague, customer, and partner interactions
  • A clear, in-depth understanding of our product vision and strategy
  • A data-driven approach to business
  • The ability to define and redefine processes, break down barriers and challenge the status quo
  • The ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment to achieve set goals

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly ARR quota for expansion revenue converting new opportunities within strategic accounts that bring the company the most revenue
  • Take ownership of the sales cycle, from mapping accounts, prospecting, qualifying leads to closing
  • Work closely with Strategic Customer Success Managers to map out your portfolio of Strategic Accounts and ensure exceptional service levels for all stakeholders and healthy consumption
  • Leverage relationships within your portfolio of accounts to expand revenue by acquiring new users, new departments, and new use cases
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for prospecting and number of activities (including cold calling, email, and attending in-person events, and meetings
  • Drive complex deals from initial contact, all the way through to close within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Prepare and present software demos with prospects and guide them through the buying process
  • Leverage sales management tools to track sales activities
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of expansion opportunities and work with management to provide an accurate sales forecast
  • Sell to key decision-makers within your designated portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future
  • Work individually and collaborate within a team environment to achieve set goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid sales fundamentals, business & sales acumen, and Sandler sales training
  • An easy-going personality and a high tolerance for different cultures
