Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Enterprise sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with experience engaging senior-level stakeholders
  • Excellent strategic planning skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Experience in the SaaS industry, ideally within a learning and development, HR tech, or digital transformation environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a collaborative mindset
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Udemy's top enterprise customers in France, driving adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Develop strategic account plans that align Udemy’s solutions with the customer’s learning and development objectives
  • Lead complex sales cycles, navigating multiple stakeholders across C-level executives, HR leaders, and procurement teams
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of Udemy’s platform capabilities, ensuring you can effectively communicate its value proposition
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets, contributing to the EMEA region's growth strategy
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, positioning Udemy as a strategic partner for workforce development

Preferred Qualifications

A strong understanding of the French market and enterprise landscape is highly desirable
