Requirements
- BA/BS degree with relevant professional experience
- 8+ years of professional experience, minimum of 3 years in customer facing role within/supporting the commercial real estate industry
- Outstanding organization and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
- Focused, reliable and a responsible self-starter that can self-manage with strong critical problem solving skills
- Passionate about the application of technology to solve critical business problems
- High degree of ownership and dedication to work quickly and accurately in a constantly evolving environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in presenting complex data to address customer needs
- Demonstrated experience using analytical tools to help customers answer business questions, identify and capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risk
- Entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter, who is internally driven to make an impact on both the customer and a growth directed organization
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects
- Aptitude for being organized with flexibility to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding, nurturing, retention, up-selling and ongoing success for a defined book of accounts
- Act in a consultative manner to educate customers on the insights that our data provides and how they can be applied directly to their business
- Document use cases that serve to confirm value and prove ROI
- Collaborate with team mates to share best practices and facilitate learning through peer led skill-building sessions
- Employ creative solutions to overcome challenges that negatively impact customer health
- Complete all support work needed to ensure customer health in a timely and effective manner
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap
