Summary

Figma is hiring for a full-time Strategic Finance team member to own the development, enhancement, maintenance, and administration of their enterprise planning tool (Pigment). The role involves managing the systems roadmap, partnering with teams, designing and building a best-in-class systems architecture, and creating dashboards. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience in systems/technology consulting, finance systems, or related fields, and experience architecting and implementing financial systems.

Requirements

• 5 + years of relevant experience in systems/technology consulting, finance systems, or related fields
• Experience architecting and/or implementing financial systems and a willingness to dig into the details
• Experience driving improvements and adoption
• Experience with financial concepts, forecasting processes , and KPIs
• Demonstrate ability to partner across teams to optimize processes and data flows
• Demonstrate understanding of connected planning systems & best practices

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional expert for Figma’s enterprise planning tool (Pigment), owning the development, enhancement, maintenance, and administration of the platform
• Manage the systems roadmap and lead its execution, including prioritization, requirement gathering, project timeline, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution
• Partner within Strategic Finance and Data Science teams to build & migrate sophisticated financial forecasts and reporting in Pigment
• Design and build a best-in-class systems architecture, data flow optimizations, business transformations, and integrations
• Drive best practices, systems controls & validations, and data governance across the tool
• Create dashboards and data visualizations that highlight KPIs and business drivers while promoting a positive user experience
• Champion tool adoption and change management through the development of trainings, documentation, and enablement resources
