Join Figma's Strategic Finance team as a full-time Pigment expert, contributing to the company's financial planning and reporting. This role involves managing the company's enterprise planning tool, Pigment, developing sophisticated financial forecasts, and building data visualizations. You will partner with cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and champion tool adoption. The position requires 5+ years of relevant experience in systems/technology consulting or finance systems, experience with financial planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, or Pigment), and a strong understanding of financial concepts. The role can be based in one of Figma's US hubs or remotely within the United States. Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in systems/technology consulting, finance systems, or related fields
- Experience architecting and/or implementing financial systems (Adaptive, Anaplan or Pigment) and a willingness to dig into the details
- Experience driving improvements and adoption
- Experience with financial concepts, forecasting processes, and KPIs
- Demonstrate ability to partner across teams to optimize processes and data flows
- Demonstrate understanding of connected planning systems & best practices
Responsibilities
- Ramp up and serve as a functional expert for our enterprise planning tool (Pigment), owning the development, enhancement, maintenance, and administration of the platform
- Manage the systems roadmap and lead its execution, including prioritization, requirement gathering, project timeline, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution
- Partner within Strategic Finance and Data Science teams to build & migrate sophisticated financial forecasts and reporting in Pigment
- Design and build a best-in-class systems architecture, data flow optimizations, business transformations, and integrations
- Drive best practices, systems controls & validations, and data governance across the tool
- Create dashboards and data visualizations that highlight KPIs and business drivers while promoting a positive user experience
- Champion tool adoption and change management through the development of trainings, documentation, and enablement resources
