This position offers a full compensation package based on experience and certifications, with a salary range of $140,000-$160,000 USD.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare finance, analytics, or strategy (strongly preferred) but we are open to a range of experience levels for this role and expect the exact scope to evolve based on the strengths of the candidate
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling insights for senior stakeholders. Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, startup-style environments
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with minimal oversight
  • Mission-driven mindset and excitement to make healthcare smarter and more sustainable

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across product, clinical, network, and finance & risk teams
  • Support corporate strategy initiatives, including capital allocation, build financial and operational models to evaluate new product strategies, and evaluate corporate development opportunities — helping ensure XO’s strategy aligns with broader business priorities
  • Support executive decision-making by developing and delivering high-impact communications, presentations, insights, and recommendations
  • Enable commercial team success by driving operational improvements—including process enhancements, technology-enabled solutions, and thoughtful prioritization—to support scalable growth and execution
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, unit economics, and growth opportunities. Conduct risk analysis and scenario modeling to inform strategic planning and operational decisions
  • Design and implement scalable reporting frameworks to track key business and operational metrics
  • Perform advanced data modeling and analytics to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support real-time decision-making
  • Own cross-functional projects from idea to rollout, working across Operations, Risk, Finance, Clinical, and Network teams
  • Support vendor management and evaluation efforts—ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and helping assess fit, performance, and value
  • Align with XO’s technology roadmap , identifying opportunities to support automation, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable tool development in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Ops leaders
