This position focuses on researching and identifying new global innovation grant opportunities, preparing and managing grant applications, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and liaising with various stakeholders. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or hands-on work with innovation grant programs
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to conduct critical analysis, in-depth research, and technical writing in the areas of Innovation, Research, and Technological Development
  • Solid knowledge of local and international Private and European funding programs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate and align diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new innovation grant opportunities at a global level
  • Prepare, submit, and manage applications for global innovation grants, including technical, scientific, and financial components
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings to identify and define innovation projects eligible for funding
  • Liaise with promoting entities, project partners, and funding bodies to ensure alignment and compliance throughout the grant lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing, submitting, and managing AI-focused R&D projects (2–3 years)
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Clear, structured communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
