You will develop and execute business plans, navigate complex sales cycles, and engage with multiple stakeholders. Requirements

  • Proven track record in partnerships – Must have created strategic partnerships that generated revenue in a scale-up environment. Be prepared to share performance metrics
  • Sales experience – A strong understanding of sales cycles, customer decision-making processes, and deal structures
  • Structured approach – Ability to manage complex relationships in a structured, strategic manner
  • Industry expertise – Experience working in a SaaS company and partnering with large enterprises or consulting firms
  • Business acumen – Deep understanding of business models, value exchange, and how partnerships contribute to revenue
  • Longevity in strategic roles – Must have 3+ years in a single company in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to build long-term partnerships
  • Business plan creation – Experience developing and executing joint business plans with partners
  • Residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Manage Partnerships – Build, nurture, and optimize relationships with consulting firms to drive revenue and market influence
  • Sales Alignment – Work closely with internal sales teams to understand customer needs, ensuring alignment between our solutions and partner offerings
  • Strategic Planning – Create and execute business plans that outline joint go-to-market strategies, revenue goals, and success metrics
  • Navigate Complex Sales Cycles – Differentiate between exploratory discussions and serious business opportunities, identifying partners who are truly engaged
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Operate effectively within large partner organizations, managing multiple stakeholders with different incentives
  • Enablement & Internal Readiness – Prepare internal teams for the level of engagement required to collaborate with Tier 1 partners successfully
  • Risk & Opportunity Assessment – Recognize hidden motives, including potential M&A interests, and mitigate risks while maximizing value
