Strategic Partner Project Manager

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise and experience in supporting and troubleshooting complex software systems, ideally with GoCanvas or similar solutions
• Experience in project management, partner management, or account management, with a proven track record of success in managing relationships with Strategic Partners
• Understanding of the dynamics of Strategic Partnerships and the ability to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Proficiency in project management methodologies
• Experience with project management tools

Responsibilities

• Drive Partner Success: Utilize extensive product knowledge to guide Strategic Partners through their journey with GoCanvas, ensuring they are maximizing the value of our solutions
• Identify avenues of mutual growth for both Strategic Partners and GoCanvas, with a focus on delivering tailored technical solutions that meet unique partner needs
• Proactively identify and address the unique needs and challenges of Strategic Partners
• Monitor Strategic Partner performance, offering actionable recommendations based on a deep understanding of the product’s capabilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for Strategic Partner related technical support issues to ensure smooth integrations, addressing any implementation or technical challenges
• Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key contacts at Strategic Partner organizations, becoming a trusted advisor and expert on GoCanvas’ solutions
• Proactively engage with Strategic Partners to identify and address concerns, resolve technical issues, and identify opportunities for improvement, enhancing overall satisfaction and retention
• Leverage knowledge of the product and customer pain points to anticipate and address challenges before they impact the partnership
• Track project progress and leverage problem-solving skills to identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges

• Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering, support, and product teams, to ensure successful product deployments and timely resolution of issues, aligning with partner expectations
• Gather and analyze data to track Strategic Partner performance, identify trends, and measure the impact of Strategic Partner programs
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate Strategic Partner progress and success to internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Zapier, Workato, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Slack, and Zoom
