Summary

The role is based in Mountain View, CA or remotely within the US, with a base salary range of $140,000 - $190,000.

Requirements

  • Passion for AI, gaming and all things interactive
  • 4-6 years of experience in partner and/or customer relationship management at a B2B SaaS business that sells a technical product
  • Track record of successfully establishing and growing enterprise partnerships that deliver revenue growth or product expansion
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; expertise in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners
  • Ability to create clarity for partners and stakeholders, show empathy for the customer experience, and facilitate collaboration between parties
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver results according to metrics such as NPS, churn, and upsell revenue
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the overall success of several critical commercial partnerships
  • Act as the consistent point of contact for partners throughout the lifecycle of engagement
  • Collaborate with Sales and Legal to propose and negotiate business agreements with partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering and Production to ensure successful execution of joint projects and initiatives with partners
  • Proactively seek out upsell/expansion opportunities related to the partnerships
  • Help define our Partnership strategy
  • Empathize with the partner experience, prioritizing trustworthiness, reliability, and consistency in all engagements with the partner
  • Conduct market research and identify new partnership opportunities
  • Represent Inworld at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities
