Strategic Project Manager

Summary

Join Voodoo's Live Games team as a highly analytical and adaptable professional. Collaborate with industry experts on globally successful games, contributing to revenue optimization and business efficiency. This fully remote role (within a 2-3 hour time difference from France) requires experience in Tier 1 consulting or a fast-growing tech environment, strong analytical skills, and a passion for gaming. Requirements

• Experience in Tier 1 consulting or a fast-growing tech/scale-up environment
• Strong strategic thinking and financial analysis skills (P&L, fundraising, business planning)
• A versatile and entrepreneurial mindset, able to quickly adapt
• Passion for gaming and technology, with an ability to drive cross-functional projects
• A low-ego, problem-solving approach, with strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Clear communication
• Regular interactions with VP and C-Levels
• Fluency in English (French is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Conduct monetization benchmarks to support the Live Games Lead in optimizing revenue strategies
• Analyze financial performance, including studio costs and profitability, to drive business efficiency
• Gather and synthesize product feedback to improve game quality and engagement
• Monitor and refine game development processes, ensuring continuous improvement through monthly roadmap reviews
• Assess studio operations, tracking key performance indicators to identify best practices and areas for optimization
• Support talent acquisition efforts, helping to attract and recruit top industry talent
• Work cross-functionally across finance, product, and talent teams to enhance overall business performance
• Manage multiple strategic initiatives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability across different business topics
