Requirements

• Must have a BA/BS Degree
• Must have 6+ years’ of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Use best practices and knowledge in the field of Executive Strategy & Change Management to provide special functional or technical expertise in operations and transformation services
• Perform studies of metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports, and recommendations
• Interpret results using a variety of advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques
• Participate in translating requirements and use cases during solution design and implementation ensuring there is a clear and concise understanding of requirements
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategic plans
• Assess proposed solutions for compliance and determines which fit the business need
• Provides tutorship to junior analysts
• Coordinates with the client at the division director level
