The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, a Bachelor's degree, exceptional analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and leadership experience.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Leadership experience in project management

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Program Manager to spearhead cross-functional programs
• Analyze business opportunities and challenges, leveraging data to recommend actionable strategies
• Prepare detailed reports for tracking results and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations
• Contribute to the development and management of strategic partnerships
• Manage operational tasks crucial for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of company data
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required
