Requirements

• Have a minimum Bachelor level degree (must have completed)
• Have previous experience in a support role providing excellent support to end-user customers
• Be an authentic person with a story to tell and great communication and people skills
• Have a solution-focused approach with a pro-active attitude to supporting customers

Responsibilities

• Deal with a range of queries or issues via phone, email, and web chatter
• Provide general academic advice, emotional support, technical assistance, and enquiries relating to courses and University processes
• Provide end-to-end administrative support throughout the student journey
