Join OES as a Student Advisor and be the first point of contact for students, providing academic advice, emotional support, and technical assistance. You will manage a range of student queries and provide comprehensive administrative support throughout their academic journey. - Previous experience in a support role providing excellent support to end user customers
- A minimum Bachelor level degree (must have completed)

- This is a full-time role and you must be available to work shifts
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for students via phone, email and web chatter, dealing with a range of queries or issues
- Provide general academic advice, emotional support, technical assistance as well as enquiries relating to courses and University processes
- Provide end to end administrative support throughout the student journey, right from enrolment through to graduation
