Student Consultant

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working directly with the Workday Student module at a college or university, or as a Workday Student consultant
• Demonstrated expertise in using Workday to improve and automate business processes within the Registrar, Admissions, or Records office
• Strong ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student module
• Knowledge of student records and registrar functions, business processes, reports, and other Student Information System (SIS) functional areas
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service-focused approach
• Self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Provide Workday implementation services, including training, functional consulting, and technical support
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements using Workday functionalities to enhance efficiency
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student module, ensuring seamless operation for our clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing reports for student areas utilizing Workday
• Understanding of Student Financials, and/or Financial Aid
• Ability to communicate user requirements to the technical support team
• Thorough knowledge of relational databases
• Ability to read and write SQL queries
• Workday Student Certification
