Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working directly with the Workday Student module at a college or university, or as a Workday Student consultant
 - Demonstrated expertise in using Workday to improve and automate business processes within the Registrar, Admissions, or Records office
 - Strong ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student module
 - Knowledge of student records and registrar functions, business processes, reports, and other Student Information System (SIS) functional areas
 - Excellent communication skills and a customer service-focused approach
 - Self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities
 - Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship
 
Responsibilities
- Provide Workday implementation services, including training, functional consulting, and technical support
 - Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements using Workday functionalities to enhance efficiency
 - Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student module, ensuring seamless operation for our clients
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing reports for student areas utilizing Workday
 - Understanding of Student Financials, and/or Financial Aid
 - Ability to communicate user requirements to the technical support team
 - Thorough knowledge of relational databases
 - Ability to read and write SQL queries
 - Workday Student Certification
