Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role - you are a self motivated and mission driven individual who finds pride in helping others through education and 1:1 guidance
  • Natural relationship-building abilities that create trust and connection
  • A proven track record of meeting KPI's or targets while delivering exceptional service across your pipeline
  • Attention to detail, with a clear understanding of the value of maintaining accurate customer data
  • The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment

Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective students through their decision-making journey to choose the right course for their career ambitions via phone, email, and web chat
  • Create personalised pathways for each potential student using your consultative approach
  • Transform inquiries into successful enrolments - ensuring you achieve your targets to help in our vision to transform education and transform the world
  • Work independently with the freedom to adapt your approach—we trust your expertise, not scripts
  • Be a part of a collaborative team that priortises connection, learning and growth
  • Connect with prospective students who have already expressed interest
  • Spend at least 4 hours a day making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries about programs and applications
  • Provide instant responses to student queries and encourage phone conversations
  • Track student progress, follow up on incomplete applications, send deadline reminders, and update the CRM
  • Join daily check-ins to share best practices, stay motivated, and align on enrolment goals

Exposure to higher education is advantageous
