Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role - you are a self motivated and mission driven individual who finds pride in helping others through education and 1:1 guidance
- Natural relationship-building abilities that create trust and connection
- A proven track record of meeting KPI's or targets while delivering exceptional service across your pipeline
- Attention to detail, with a clear understanding of the value of maintaining accurate customer data
- The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students who have already expressed interest
- Spend at least 4 hours a day making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries about programs and applications
- Provide instant responses to student queries and encourage phone conversations
- Track student progress, follow up on incomplete applications, send deadline reminders, and update the CRM
- Join daily check-ins to share best practices, stay motivated, and align on enrolment goals
- Guide prospective students through their decision-making journey to choose the right course for their career ambitions via phone, email, and web chat
- Create personalised pathways for each potential student using your consultative approach
- Transform inquiries into successful enrolments - ensuring you achieve your targets to help in our vision to transform education and transform the world
