Student Intern

Summary

Join MicroStrategy's dynamic EMEA Field Marketing Team as a Working Student, contributing to marketing and events. Based remotely in Germany (preferably Munich), you will support Field Marketing Managers with various tasks, including event logistics, content creation and translation, vendor onboarding, and campaign coordination. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment. You will leverage AI tools for digital marketing projects and collaborate closely with experienced professionals. Flexible working hours are provided to accommodate your studies, along with occasional travel opportunities for events. The position requires native German and strong English skills, enrollment in a relevant field of study, and strong organizational abilities.

Requirements

• Native German language skills and strong English (oral and written) are mandatory
• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event & Tourism Management, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on mentality
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Researching venues, managing logistics, ordering promotional items (SWAG), and providing on-site event assistance when needed
• Creating and translating marketing content (website, etc.)
• Assisting with vendor onboarding, managing internal approval processes, handling bulk data uploads, and supporting reporting (Salesforce) and budget tracking
• Coordinating the rollout of HQ campaigns and supporting partner events
• Actively contribute to various digital marketing projects by leveraging AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

First practical experience in marketing or event management, ideally in a B2B setting, is a plus
