Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 2 years of job-related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFAR
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFAR
  • Experience negotiating Terms and Conditions (e.g., negotiating NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Consulting Agreements, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Detail and results-oriented with the ability to produce highly quality and accurate work products

Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliant procurement files
  • Coordinate with Contracts and Finance Departments in administering procurement invoicing and payments, procurement audit/filing, and closeout process
  • Ensure the management of subcontract file(s), including preparation and control of all modifications and correspondence
  • Interface and coordinate with vendor/subcontractor, and internal department personnel
  • Maintain a filing system and be responsible for correspondence on procurement matters
  • Process and negotiate NDAs and Teaming Agreements
  • Assist with data calls and support proposal efforts
  • Prepare and execute subcontracts incorporating flow-downs and other contractual requirements
  • Other responsibilities as required

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with DCMA Contractor Purchase System Reviews (CPSR) preferred
