Summary

You will lead clients through onboarding and training processes, ensuring a smooth and timely deployment of HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. With experience in HubSpot and inbound marketing strategies, you will guide clients in crafting effective strategies and executing them seamlessly within the platform.

Requirements

  • Have a genuine passion for HubSpot, with 2-4 years of experience in the platform
  • Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client-facing situations
  • Thrive on helping others learn and achieve their goals
  • Can manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
  • Have significant experience with the inbound marketing methodology
  • Are creative problem solvers, always seeking innovative solutions for client needs
  • Handle pressure and deadlines with poise and efficiency
  • Work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead advisor for clients, managing their onboarding journey and helping them achieve their HubSpot objectives
  • Define future processes and customer journeys that facilitate effective HubSpot implementation
  • Provide ongoing training to ensure user adoption and proficiency
  • Utilize account management techniques to nurture and maintain supportive client relationships
  • Execute support requests within HubSpot efficiently
  • Monitor and assist with HubSpot configurations, sales and marketing activities, campaign setups, technical integrations, reporting, and user adoption
  • Offer change management support to help clients adapt smoothly
  • Assess clients' marketing and sales needs, current tech stack, and business goals to determine their ideal onboarding approach
  • Consult with clients to prioritize tasks for upcoming work periods
  • Drive renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services
