Responsibilities

  • Lead and Coach – Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to HMGA representatives to improve efficiency, sales performance, and customer service
  • Develop Talent – Hire, onboard, and train new representatives, ensuring they are equipped for success
  • Drive Performance – Work with your team to meet sales targets, improve close rates, and maintain compliance and operational excellence
  • Collaborate Across Departments – Partner with sales, service, training, and underwriting teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support Agents – Serve as a key resource in resolving product, sales, and process-related challenges
  • Monitor and Optimize Performance – Identify performance gaps and implement targeted training strategies to drive improvement in a contact center environment
  • Analyze and Report – Track key performance indicators and maintain balanced scorecard reports to measure individual and team success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales, Customer Service, and Contact Center Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Benefits

Pay Range: $53,200.00 - $78,550.00 + sales incentive
