Collections Supervisor

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in Servicing/Collections
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Proven experience in overseeing collection/servicing team members
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire teams
• Strong organizational skills to ensure efficient management of tasks and resources
• Knowledge of office software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Flexibility to work until 6:00pm PST/9:00pm EST

Responsibilities

• Establish daily goals for the team, such as the number of calls to be made or the number of accounts to be serviced
• Review and report collections and servicing performance, identifying delinquency trends and areas of focus to the Servicing Manager
• Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and overall competencies
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to ensure targets are being met
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions with team members to discuss progress, current initiatives, provide constructive feedback, and review servicing strategies
• Create a motivating environment to keep team members engaged and accountable for their performance
