Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in cross-channel media planning
- 1+ year(s) of supervising direct reports
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with media planning, buying and technology platforms including, but not limited, to Lumina, MRI-Simmons, Prisma, Scarborough, Telmar, and Vivvix
- Strong ability to interpret data and provide recommendations on strategies and tactics based on research findings
- Digital and traditional executional capabilities and experience
- Capability to handle multiple clients or brands as a supervising lead
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on high level strategy development to inform cross-channel planning
- Deliver evidence-based media solutions that are uniquely tailored to client’s objectives
- Guide the planning process and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverable commitments
- Provide daily counsel to clients and serve as a primary tactical liaison
- Take ownership of the team’s work, delegate and manage workflow; ensure quality control
- Supervise and develop team members; maintain always-on communication and coaching
- Offer proactive, forward thinking and a constant stream of ideas
- Build and leverage relationships with media vendors; explore new partnership opportunities
- Manage client billing process and ensure timely deliverables
- Step up, speak up and soak it up

- Experience in these platforms preferred: Commspoint, Comscore, GeoPath, Media Ocean, Nielsen, Pathmatics, Placer.AI, Point Logic, SpyFu
