Supplier Relations Manager

Summary

Join PrimeRx as their Manager, Supplier Relations and oversee relationships with pharmaceutical wholesalers and vendors. This remote role, requiring 50% travel, focuses on managing supplier relationships, resolving escalations, enhancing performance, expanding the supplier base, and driving growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, manage escalations, develop performance scorecards, conduct business reviews, onboard new suppliers, analyze market trends, and collaborate with channel partners. The ideal candidate possesses strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and effective communication skills. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience are required.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical account management, vendor partnerships, or procurement, including business development and sales
• Be proficient with CRM systems for managing and analyzing supplier data
• Be able to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers on the PrimeRx MARKET platform, fostering strong, collaborative, and proactive partnerships
• Manage escalations related to supplier performance, including order delays or issues raised by customer service teams
• Develop and implement a supplier scorecard to track performance, benchmarks, and business insights
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives
• Strategically identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to enhance marketplace diversity and offerings
• Analyze pricing and market trends to help suppliers optimize their offerings and increase sales through the platform
• Collaborate with channel partners to strengthen supplier engagement and increase product visibility
• Partner with leadership to deliver insights and actionable strategies on supplier performance, marketplace trends, and growth opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Be a Licensed Pharmacist with experience in vendor management or marketplace operations
• Have familiarity with supplier management tools
• Be located in Florida or New York, Eastern Time Zone

Benefits

• $100,000 - $130,000 a year
