Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate order processing within SAP for retail and trade partner deliveries
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders for retail deliveries (replenishments & new arrivals)
• Coordinate with warehouse, commercial and retail teams to ensure appropriate planning of delivery to store, enabling high efficiency for inbounding
• Input order into SAP for trade partners, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Input order into SAP for orders extracting from SG & HK warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Work closely with accounts team to ensure timely documentation so that closing is done smoothly
• Assist to inform LB Franchises on current stock levels and coordinate shipment initiations
• Provide support for other Omnichannel Operations tasks as needed, covering for team members on leave

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma in Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Business or a related field
• Have interest in backend e-commerce operations
• Have experience in Supply Chain operations
