Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- 2 + 3 years previous experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or procurement roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in MRP and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain plans to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory costs and maximizing service levels
- Partner with Demand Planning to work closely with our MRP tool to ensure accuracy on forecast submissions
- Work with Demand Planning on publishing forecast KPIs at the sku/warehouse/customer level
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with Supply Planning to ensure high fill rates
- Create Transfer Orders between multiple locations and communicate to Co-mans and the Transportation Team
- Follow up on open transfer orders and ensure shipments and receipts are processed on time
- Maintain production schedule using CSV upload in NetSuite and Cloud Analytics
- Follow up and communicate priority Quality Hold releases
- Monitor Production Schedule and adjust outbound loads accordingly
- Collaborate with logistics and follow up on priority loads
- Coordinate with logistics providers to optimize transportation routes and reduce freight costs
- Continuously improve supply chain processes and systems to enhance efficiency and responsiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new products or initiatives and ensure alignment with supply chain requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM) is a plus
Benefits
$75,000-$80,000 base salary + bonus
