Requirements

  • 2 + 3 years previous experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or procurement roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in MRP and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute supply chain plans to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory costs and maximizing service levels
  • Partner with Demand Planning to work closely with our MRP tool to ensure accuracy on forecast submissions
  • Work with Demand Planning on publishing forecast KPIs at the sku/warehouse/customer level
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with Supply Planning to ensure high fill rates
  • Create Transfer Orders between multiple locations and communicate to Co-mans and the Transportation Team
  • Follow up on open transfer orders and ensure shipments and receipts are processed on time
  • Maintain production schedule using CSV upload in NetSuite and Cloud Analytics
  • Follow up and communicate priority Quality Hold releases
  • Monitor Production Schedule and adjust outbound loads accordingly
  • Collaborate with logistics and follow up on priority loads
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to optimize transportation routes and reduce freight costs
  • Continuously improve supply chain processes and systems to enhance efficiency and responsiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new products or initiatives and ensure alignment with supply chain requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM) is a plus

Benefits

$75,000-$80,000 base salary + bonus
