Summary

Ogury is seeking a highly motivated Supply Data Analyst Intern to assist in data analysis tasks. The intern will gather data from multiple sources, conduct basic statistical analyses, create visualizations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay current with industry trends. A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is required, with familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Metabase being beneficial.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering data from multiple sources, including internal databases, spreadsheets, and third-party data systems
• Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Conduct basic statistical analyses and generate reports to identify trends and patterns
• Support senior analysts with more complex data analysis tasks
• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Metabase as the main tool
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
• Assist in developing and implementing data collection systems and strategies to optimize data efficiency and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Metabase is a plus
• Basic understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with programming languages such as Python
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools
• Experience with big data tools and technologies
