Summary

Join PairSoft as a Support Engineer and become the central point of contact for customer issues and questions. You will analyze, test, and resolve tickets, conduct application testing, develop new application formats, maintain documentation, and support customers with SLAs. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams, delivering new releases, and maintaining close communication with the Supervisor Support. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent in writing and speaking of both English and Dutch

Responsibilities

  • Picking up and maintain of tickets received in the Service Desk based on the organization procedures
  • Meet SLA agreements
  • Report to Teamlead Support
  • Testing of APRO applications and making sure that functionality is delivered correct
  • Making application (releases) available for customers
  • Communicate with customers when new release is available
  • Communicate with the Teamlead Support about the planning and changes in planning
  • Awareness of open items at customers and in case required communicate with teamlead/managers
