Requirements

  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux based systems
  • Knowledge of OCS/Prepaid Systems or VAS systems (such as SMSC, MMSC, USSD, WAP GW, IVR, Voice Mail, Collect Call etc.)
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of IP networks, Diameter, Sigtran/SS7

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Write incident reports
  • Handle customer communication around the support cases
  • Take part on a rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 emergency support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Oracle DB
  • Knowledge of Virtualization technologies such as VMware or similar
