Support Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a L1 Support Engineer and be the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, respond to user inquiries, and provide effective solutions. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, resolving IT problems. Escalate complex issues and assist with systems deployment and user training. Provide remote support using remote desktop software. This role requires proven experience, solid understanding of operating systems and networking, familiarity with IT hardware and software, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar role
• Solid understanding of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic networking concepts
• Familiarity with common IT hardware and software
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with end-users
• Able to work collaboratively within a team and escalate issues as required
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
