Summary

The job is for a customer support professional in a team of almost 30 people supporting over 40,000 customers across 150+ countries. The role involves being the first point of contact, providing quick and efficient communication, collaborating with technical support, building professional relationships, learning about products, and working on various projects like AI development. Experience in business customer support is required, along with excellent English skills, fast typing skills (at least 40 WPM), strong multitasking abilities, readiness to work the graveyard shift, strong analytical and communication skills, and basic knowledge of JS/HTML.

Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact, supporting customers with code installation, product usage, customer exit reporting, billing assistance, and more
  • Quick, efficient, and high-quality communication
  • Collaborating with technical support in more technically complex cases
  • Building professional relationships with clients
  • Learning about our products daily and keeping up with the release of new features by our product teams

Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge of JS/HTML is a plus
