Support Specialist

Summary

Join our team as a Local Support Specialist at RateHawk, a fast-growing international travel-tech company. You will help B2B partners by taking calls, providing initial advice in German and English, keeping them informed about ongoing cases, assisting other operation teams with communication in German, responding to information requests, and documenting your work in our CRM system. Preferred Qualifications

Travel Industry Experience: Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators is an advantage!
