Requirements

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Ability to proactively engage stakeholders across different domains by synthesising qualitative and quantitative evidence
  • Experience in project management: managing feasibility, effort costs and opportunity sizing with relation to needs not currently covered by our software or existing client services
  • Experience of stakeholder management, particularly an ability of successfully providing knowledge exchange between experts (industry or academic) and practitioners (businesses) that leads to tangible impacts
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment within a matrix management structure and effectively communicate to non-technical audiences
  • Team player mentality with an empathetic approach towards coworkers and customers who values cooperation over competition
  • Fluency in English at a proficient business level is a must for this position

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of industry insights, research, tools, and reports to inform executive decisions on Plan A’s solutions and features
  • Involves stakeholder engagement, data analysis, policy overviews, and use of in-house scientific expertise
  • Outputs will support both internal decision-making and external client engagement
  • Lead the Secretariat function of Plan A’s Scientific Advisory Board
  • Lead the coordination of research activities with Universities, Industry Associations and Plan A’s clients
  • Actively participate in working groups, conferences and technical initiatives representing Plan A in initiatives such as UNEP D4CE, PACT, Perseus and industry specific forums
  • Join our Sales and Customer Success teams in technical client calls, on an as-needed basis

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in German, French or additional languages is a plus but not a necessary requirement
