Delivery Manager, Solutions

Summary

Join Zinier, a remote-first global team, as a TPM/Delivery Manager (Solutions) to manage solution teams delivering high-quality customizations exceeding customer expectations. You will scope large-scale, complex technology projects for field service solutions, partnering with internal teams and clients. Responsibilities include project definition, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing. You will manage projects across cross-functional teams, build sustainable processes, and coordinate release schedules. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, along with experience in software project management and client services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 9 to 15 years' experience in software professional services project management
• In-depth knowledge and experience implementing Enterprise software applications such as FSA or CRM with recent SaaS experience
• Experience with client services, project management, and solution delivery in both Waterfall and Agile environments
• Strong self-organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
• Ability to manage financial metrics such as project margin and enable pre-sales activities to support account expansion plans
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills including creating usable documentation and tools
• Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics
• Able to effectively manage scope change and implementation of multi-year/multi-phased projects or programs
• Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base with travel up to 10% of the time (including possible international travel)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate successful project definition, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing in leading high-performance project teams
• Manage projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints, and ensure any changes are documented and approved through a change control process
• Manage projects across cross-functional teams, build sustainable processes and coordinate release schedules
• Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and project demands
• Form strong project team relationships by leading, coaching, and motivating team members, and identifying and resolving blockers or conflicts
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to clients, project teams, and other project stakeholders
• Project Methodology: Building and executing strategic initiatives by delivering comprehensive planning, tracking and performance

Preferred Qualifications

Certification of PMI is a plus
