Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing data science teams
- Proven track record of applying data science to drive business value and strategic insights
- Strong understanding of machine learning, AI, and statistical modeling techniques
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data science strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals
- Serve as a key thought leader in the application of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to the ad measurement domain
- Collaborate with executive leadership to embed data science into broader corporate strategy and decision-making
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of data scientists, analysts, and machine learning engineers
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth
- Ensure the team's capabilities stay at the forefront of industry advancements
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data science projects, ensuring prioritized, timely and high-quality outcomes
- Implement best practices for model development, testing, validation, and deployment
- Establish robust data governance and compliance frameworks
- Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, etc.) to identify opportunities and drive data-driven initiatives
- Clearly communicate complex data concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Lead the development of innovative measurement methodologies that address challenges in cross-platform ad attribution, audience measurement, and outcome-based reporting
- Drive research initiatives that foster innovation and explore new methodologies
- Ensure robust experimentation and validation of methodologies to maintain the highest levels of accuracy and reliability
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in data science and AI
- Spearhead experimentation and implementation of AI-driven solutions for real-time data processing, predictive analytics, and personalization
- Facilitate experimentation and the rapid prototyping of new ideas into the company’s measurement capabilities where applicable
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ad-tech, mar-tech, or related domains
- Background in big data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with technologies such as Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Expertise in data governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance frameworks
