Requirements

  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on SaaS and marketing technology
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling distributed sales teams in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a global context
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a drive for excellence

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global sales strategy across our territories - North America, EMEA and ANZ - that is aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Set ambitious sales targets and ensure their achievement through effective planning and execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
  • Establish clear goals and performance metrics for the sales team, regularly reviewing and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement
  • Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence within the sales organization
  • Partner with the revenue operations leadership to ensure the optimization of sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with operations and enablement leadership and cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer experiences, addressing client needs and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Leverage customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve product offerings
