System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Possess System Analyst in ISO 20022 experience and FX experience
• Have 7-10 years of requirements management experience, preferably in the Payments/Banking domain
• Write user stories and support UAT
• Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to interface with multiple teams operating in multiple time zones for multiple pods simultaneously, and report/present status
• Possess Database/SQL skills
• Have deep experience with different types of system integrations - their advantages, pitfalls
• Have experience with Agile management tools - story/task creation & task breakdown
• Have experience with requirements management for Dashboards or other tools used by Application Support/L2 teams/Ops teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized knowledge of payment systems, core banking systems gateways and associated protocols
• Product handling/Product management experience
• Knowledge on AWS cloud fundamentals, AWS API Gateway, Step Functions, and Lambdas
• Experience with Microservices architecture, SOA, Web services development (SOAP, REST)
