Summary
Join OpenAI's People Systems team as a People Systems Analyst and play a key role in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our core HR system (Workday) and broader HR systems landscape. You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee program management initiatives, drive system optimization, and lead change management efforts. This role requires strong analytical and project management skills, expertise in Workday modules, and experience providing user training and support. The position offers a hybrid work model with relocation assistance and access to various amenities. Requirements
- Possess functional expertise in the following Workday modules: Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking
- Demonstrate technical expertise in configuring and customizing Workday, including creating reports, dashboards, and integrations
- Have experience in managing HR technology-enabled projects and implementations
- Be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR systems configuration, security, and data integrity
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with HR stakeholders, IT, Finance, and end-users
- Have experience in providing training and support to end-users, including creating user guides and conducting training sessions
- Have experience managing or integrating with other HR or business systems including, Recruiting, Learning & Talent Management, Data and Reporting, Headcount Management, and Vendor Management solutions
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of our HR systems: Configuration, Security and Audits, Reports Management, Mass Data Requests, Tenant Management, Integrations Management, and Compliance
- Oversee Program Management: Governance / Change Control and Special Projects (e.g., M&As, country / entity expansions)
- Drive Optimization: Analytics & Dashboards, Enhancements and new capabilities, Improving end-user experience
- Lead Change Management: Training and Internal Communications related to changes
