Requirements

• Solid understanding of APIs and how to read and work with API documentation
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
• Strong grasp of algorithms and problem-solving concepts
• Ability to work collaboratively with people across different teams
• Experience or potential to lead workgroups or initiatives
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and translate technical concepts clearly
• English proficiency at intermediate level or above, especially for reading technical documentation
• Important technical system concepts: Resilience, scalability, and observability

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical documentation, with a focus on APIs, data structures, and algorithms
• Provide support for technical tickets and manage incidents with suppliers
• Query and analyze data using SQL, supporting system understanding and technical validation
• Manage tasks and support project tracking, with an emphasis on organization, prioritization, and value delivery
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity in proposed solutions
• Develop technical specifications for system integrations
• Document processes and technical solutions, ensuring traceability and knowledge sharing within the team
• Build small automations
