Summary
Join European Dynamics as a remote System Integration and Workflow Specialist within the European Union. This role involves collaborating with a major client's IT team on a first assignment within the Development team. You will design, implement, and document integration strategies, APIs, and business events within a JEE/HTTP secured ecosystem. The position requires a university degree in IT, 17+ years of relevant experience, including extensive experience in HTTP and API design, JEE, BPMN workflow engines, and integration testing. Requirements
- University degree in IT, combined with relevant professional experience of minimum of 17 years
- Experience in IT system in the sanitary and phytosanitary domain
- Experience in a large enterprise-level multi-team project
- At least 10 years of experience in HTTP and API design
- At least 10 years of experience in JEE and REST or SOAP APIs
- At least 10 years of experience in at least one BPMN workflow engine
- At least 10 years of experience in integration testing best practices
- At least 10 years of experience in Confluence and Jira
- At least 5 years of experience in asynchronous communication and publish/subscribe techniques and technologies (Apache Kafka, JMS)
- At least 5 years of experience in Docker, Kubernetes and cloud native architectures
- At least 5 years of experience in distributed or microservice architectures and complex event processing
- Excellent command of the English language
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, implement integration strategies and patterns in a JEE/HTTP secured ecosystem
- Apply best practices of distributed architecture to solve complex integration problems between information systems
- Design, implement and document APIs to be exposed in a secured manner on a public facing API Gateway
- Design, implement and document business events to be easily produced on a corporate event-streaming platform and consumed by any system
- Design, plan, implement and deploy workflows: business process definition and task definition (service or user tasks) relying on APIs and business events
