Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of operating systems for servers, PCs, Macs, scanners, and printers
  • Work with vendors for hardware and software support, ensuring smooth maintenance and upgrades
  • Stay informed on vendor support procedures and upcoming upgrades that may impact current systems
  • Oversee preventive maintenance contracts for application software
  • Ensure compliance with hardware and software security policies
  • Collaborate with the help desk team to diagnose and resolve customer technical issues
