Finance Systems Administrator

Summary

Join Hudl's Business Technology team as a Finance Systems Administrator, contributing strategically and tactically with company stakeholders. You will manage Workday Finance projects and implementations, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements. This role requires technical experience with Workday Finance or similar tools, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for finance. Problem-solving abilities, curiosity, empathy, and eagerness are essential. While ideally located near Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, remote work is possible in select cities. Requirements

• Technical experience with the administration of Workday Finance or other finance/billing tools (e.g., Netsuite, Zuora, etc.)
• Strong collaboration skills
• Passion for finance and accounting, and readiness to learn Hudl’s technical domain
• Problem solving abilities
• Naturally curious; not afraid to ask “why?” and question the status quo
• Empathetic; work to understand the needs and pains plaguing our teams, and want to find a better way because you care

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday Finance projects and implementations
• Troubleshoot any issues
• Make recommendations for improvements and enhancements
• Offer solutions for strategic projects
• Support incoming production requests, including user training, new integrations and new distribution centers

Preferred Qualifications

• Integration support experience supporting system admins and engineers in financial systems integrations
• Analytical skills; ability to provide reports, saved searches and dashboards to empower others with accurate, trusted data
• Automation experience using Workday Finance knowledge to build automations to integrate data across systems, making evaluation and reporting easier
