Systems Analyst

Summary

Join H2 Performance Consulting as a Systems Analyst to support the Global Payroll and Workforce Management Team. You will implement UKG WFM Pro Timekeeping modules, work with top brands across various industries, and participate in the full lifecycle of UKG WFM Pro projects. This role requires 2-5 years of related experience, 3+ years of UKG Advanced Time & Attendance experience, and a Bachelor's Degree. The position involves up to 50% travel. Requirements

• 2-5 years of related experience
• 3+ years of superior knowledge of the HR and WFM function & processes
• 3+ years of experience with UKG Advanced Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, and familiarity with the Boomi integration layer
• 3+ years of experience working in the full lifecycle of a WFM project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing
• 3+ years of experience in requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings
• 3+ years of interacting at appropriate levels of the client organization
• 3+ years of strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Responsibilities

• Implement UKG WFM Pro Timekeeping modules including Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, and familiarity with the Boomi integration layer
• Work with top brands for healthcare, consumer and manufacturing industries
• Work in the full lifecycle of a UKG WFM Pro project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare
• Work with the team in requirements gathering, workshops or facilitating client meetings
