Systems Engineer

Requirements

• Have at least 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator
• Administer Windows Server
• Manage MS server operating functions, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, ADFS, DHCP, DFS
• Manage virtual environments utilizing infrastructure such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
• Manage physical server environments such as Cisco Unified Computing (UCS)
• Have sound knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methodologies using tools such as Veeam, Netbackup, and CommVault
• Have AWS and Azure certification
• Have exposure to Linux technologies
• Possess strong customer focus and communication skills
• Have the ability to develop and maintain productive internal and external relationships, partnerships, and networks
• Have troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
• Have an understanding of public cloud platforms and agile operations
• Be an Australian Citizen with baseline/NV1 Clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide technical maintenance and support services within agreed service levels
• Maintain technical documentation
• Use tools and processes to deliver services to customers, ensuring service level agreements are met
• Proactively manage customer infrastructure and drive service process improvement
