Summary

iT1 is seeking a Systems Engineer II with 5-7 years of experience in network support, infrastructure support, and O365 support. The role involves internal and external responsibilities within the NOC team, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing IT support to sales and operations staff, and maintaining documentation. iT1 is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of network support experience
• 5-7 years of previous infrastructure support experience
• 5-7 years of O365 support experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Technology (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Act as a critical point of contact between iT1 Consulting and the rest of the organization, as well as iT1’s customers
• Support network troubleshooting, system administration, among other duties
• Ensure all assigned tasks are being completed in adherence to iT1 standards
• Research, resolve, and respond to internal and client issues within scope of the NOC team’s responsibilities in a timely manner
• Provide internal IT support for sales and operations staff to include basic computer troubleshooting, phone, and email support

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications or experience
• Experience with monitoring platforms and tools
• Experience with using and/or modifying JSON scripts
• Experience interacting with external customers
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good documentation skills
• Ability to accurately follow written technical work instructions
• Able to work in a structured environment
• Strong organization, time management, and prioritizing skills
• CCNA, CCNP, Azure Administrator certifications
