Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in systems setup, tech automation, or CRM administration
  • Deep understanding of workflow design and business process optimization
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent ability to communicate complex tech concepts in a simple way
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tools and integrations simultaneously
  • Self-starter who thrives on solving problems and building from the ground up

Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure CRM platforms to meet business requirements
  • Build and optimize automations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or native integrations
  • Create and document SOPs for systems and tools
  • Map workflows and translate them into automated processes
  • Troubleshoot tech issues and implement scalable solutions
  • Train clients and team members on how to use and maintain systems
  • Integrate tools across departments (e.g., marketing, sales, customer success) for seamless operations
  • Audit and clean up existing systems for improved performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar CRMs
  • Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), Workato, or native app automations
  • Experience with ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace or similar Project Management & Documentation tools
  • Experience with Slack, Zoom, Loom or similar Communication tools
  • Experience with Airtable, Typeform, Jotform, Google Forms or similar Form & Data Tools
