Summary

Join Pacvue's Corporate IT team as an IT Systems Specialist - Identity Management based in the Philippines! This role supports our global organization, ensuring seamless user access and application integration. You will lead IAM initiatives, optimize application integrations across various platforms, and provide technical assistance. The position requires experience with Okta, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise tools, along with a solid understanding of SAML, SCIM, and OAuth. Requirements

  • Experience supporting and managing IAM platforms such as Okta, including Universal Directory, SSO, MFA, and application assignments
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365, Intune MDM, Kandji, Microsoft Exchange, GSuite, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Zoom, and Slack
  • Solid understanding of SAML, SCIM, and OAuth-based application integrations
  • Experience supporting macOS, Windows 10/11, and Linux environments
  • Ability to juggle multiple requests, prioritize appropriately, and resolve technical issues independently
  • Working knowledge of system provisioning, OS configuration, and patch management
  • Proactive approach to continuous learning and problem-solving in a dynamic IT environment
  • Coursework in IT or a related field, or an equivalent combination of skills and experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support initiatives related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) including provisioning, deprovisioning, SSO configurations, and lifecycle management, primarily using Okta
  • Own the support and optimization of application integrations across platforms like Okta, Microsoft 365, GSuite, Atlassian Suite, Slack, and other enterprise tools
  • Provide responsive technical assistance (via ticket system or in person) for issues related to computer systems, enterprise apps, and hardware
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver excellent IT onboarding/offboarding and user access experience
  • Assist with hardware and software installations, updates, and basic networking tasks such as wireless and wired connectivity troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with global teams to support IT-related projects and standardization efforts
  • Maintain a strong culture of security, compliance, and process documentation across all IT operations
  • Create and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and support materials related to identity management and integrations
